Our season runs from May to mid October.
Advance reservations required. Only Monday, Thursday or Friday for arrivals and departures.
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Minimum occupancy of 2 and maximum of 4 (5 Abbey Lane only).
Deposits not received by due date stated on confirmation email will forfeit reservation.
Balances are due upon arrival with the exception of September and October reserved dates.
Fall reservation balances are due no later than July 15th.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your reservation will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your reservation are non-refundable regardless of our ability to rebook the opening.
Dogs
Pre-approval is required every year to bring your dog.
Maximum of 1 dog per cabin.
No puppies under 6 months old.
Requirements include non aggressive, friendly, and a well behaved pooch. Cannot be on furniture or beds, leashed when outside, crated when left
alone, and not a barker. If these requirements are not possible, please don’t ask to bring your dog.
If approved, there is a $50 pet fee.
Horses
The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (www.dec.ny.gov) requires:
All horses have a current negative Coggins certificate.
Out of state horses must have a 30 day health certificate.
Check In/Out
Self check in 3 pm or later. Check out no later than 11 am. We have tight turnovers so any requests for early arrival need to be made in advance and we will accommodate you if possible.
All guests equestrian or non-equestrian must review and sign Horse Camps at Otter Creek rental waiver upon arrival and before riding.
